Service Description

Muladhara or the root chakra, is the seat of our physical survival. We will experience the physical, mental and energetic properties of the root chakra. We will explore the connection with our pelvic floor, flight or fight response and our root lock through asana and much more to help shift, move, and harness energy in this area.

If you are unable to attend class kindly cancel 2 hours in advance. Cancellations within the 2 hour window will be subject to loss of class credit or $10 fee for unlimited members.
